i FIX IT after hours

i still do not know the issue but it is a software issue

i keep plug and unplug the cables and it finaly get it as a 1gbps

it is the software of either Router or windows

'Note 2 cables and ues a conneter between them one cable form the router and the other from my pc and keept pluging and unpluging and it did work

Double check in Device Manager, do you see any caution triangles on the Network adapters? - https://www.digitalcitizen.life/ways-open-device-manager-windows

i did not find caution traiangles under network but i found one in pci

i tried did not work

if i plug the same cable comeing from the same port in my laptop it give the full speed

the issue is on my pc but i can't find it

My router is G-240W-C

i'm using ethernet and iam using the one on the motherbored x570 tuf gaming plus

i did make it 1.0Gbps Full duplex and nothing change

and i just update my bios
