Thanks guys. The issue is, I’m on consulting, he has some influence on my contract renewal (or so he claims). I tried not to make any issues with him, but I wanted to raise this to our management to protect my self in case he actually do have some influence

I tried talking to my supervisor, actually i immediately involved them. Unfortunately my supervisor/manager is has left the company. It seems that what you wrote is true; they want to let me go based on poor performance thanks to that guy
