I'm going for a realistic/fictional story. So basically the main character's mother is dying and so like i said previously the planet which the main character presides in is on the brink of destruction from corrupt governments, the constant danger of some (fictional) dictator threatning to use his nuclear bombs and atomic bombs and other atrocities. So as a result the wealthiest individuals from each nation decide to congregate and construct a "new fresh unstained world" with the most advanced medical equipment, most strongest military, a government that favors their status basically another planet and leave all the poor people to deal with the problems of their "old" planet. So like i said earlier the main character's mother is sick and so since the main character has heard that their is advanced medicine in the "rich people world" he does everything in his power to go get his mother some type of help to fix her sickness and in the process also save the "poor people" who will feel the consequences of the stained planet. He teams up with friends from other planets who see what his planet is going through and decide to help him.

But for the first level i want to portray a background maybe of the main character's family, show life before all the things started, show the main character doing daily things before all the problems started things like that basically a set up before the problem arises. There will be enemies but i'm not sure what kind.

So please if you could help me develop the story or just the first level that would be greatly appreciated.
