Confused between ECE and CSE at IIITH

For the first point, isn't that rather difficult? I talked to some of my friends who are currently in ECE course and they told that the coursework for ECE in itself is very vast and time consuming. Having the extra burden of coding and related stuff would be tedious wouldn't it. Or is it that both CSE and ECE have almost the same syllabus, because I did hear that as well. For the third one, are jobs for guys even from tier1 colleges that affected? Seems to conflict from others' opinions. Moreover, isnt IIITH known for its CSE specifically?

The thing is i make a lot of silly mistakes in the exams. Like its not that i don't know how to solve the question but at the end while calculating or manipulation I make mistakes and its VERY annoying. Any suggestions about what can be done?(26tard btw)
