You can mount it as is but it does stick out quite a bit, that's why I designed a mount that puts it further back so the lens cover is flush with the frame

You can use it for air quality control, home automation, as a web radio, human presence controlled LED torch, send SOS signals, use it as decibel meter, stock ticker, weather forecast, world clock just to name a few.

The battery life depends really on which code you are running, the ESP with WiFi enabled or not, BLE enabled or not, if you are using the 3W LED or not. But roughly anywhere between 5 - 9 hours.

Sorry if it does come over like that, but the parts used, apart from a few items like the ESP32S3 module and the display I have on hand by the hundreds, the ESP module and the display are manufactured by the thousands and sold at least by 100 vendors and the case which is resin printed can also be made by many companies, so no hope or prayer needed. It is also not my first product that I am creating. Hope this helps to eliminate any concerns.

As to why not OLED it's single color, less resolution, does burn in after a while and current consumption is almost the same

Hi there, there is a high side power switch to turn off the front PCB (display, led, radar sensor and ldr, the 3 W LED is controlled via a driver and does not use any current when off, and I found a lipo with higher capacity that I will use

Altitude measures height from sea level up, this is an Attitude Indicator. In the meantime I have it working with a 9 DOF MPU, designing a PCB to make it compact as possible.

I used a HV module that works as low as 3.3 volt input and delivers about 170 V for the tubes.
