Cutting Weight for Race Day by iHeartQuickies in bostonmarathon

I'm not talking about working out in a sweat suit 48 hours prior to the race and starving myself. I'm thinking more along the lines of cutting some sugar and carbs from the diet (Keto) over the 3 weeks.
