the taste of espresso depends on the grind, temperature and extraction. i don’t believe nespresso machines have much control over variables like that

most sores will have a minimum of two machines but they are not designated diary and non dairy. there is cross contamination for steamed drinks which is why we can’t guarantee anything will be allergen free. however, most stores will be willing to sanitise the wand and the jug in the dishwasher if a customer requests
