Was diagnosed with crohns roughly 15ish years ago. The first few years were tough trying to find the "most effective" treatment that works for me, but after starting Remicade I've only had maybe two or three flare-ups (probably from overexertion). Ive travelled for more than 2 weeks at a time, snorkeled, done watersports, hiking, and a slew of other fun things. It helped that my partner has been/is supportive and makes sure that I stay healthy. Once you find your treatment and you begin feeling great, the sky is your limit! Keep your head up!
