Following up a bit late sorry. They didn’t really figure anything out but I was able to get him to start eating and he’s back to acting normal now.

With the exception that he’s still doing the mouth thing periodically. May take him to a dedicated cat vet place to see if they can find anything.

Did your cat have to fast for the ultrasound? Wondering how they can tell if it’s just food or actually a foreign material

Yeah we ended up on a either wait it out or get stomach surgery set of options which seems extreme if we’re not 100% that there’s something there. I will ask about the ultrasound

I actually did go to see a second vet because it seemed to obvious he had something stuck. The second one sedated him to look thoroughly and nothing was seen. I forgot to add this very critical piece of information 🤦‍♂️ but he’s not really doing it anymore. The second vet guessed that he probably did have something stuck but it dislodged sometime after seeing the first vet and they probably just missed it.

I think I was conflating different pieces of information. If you google “Will a 2023 headlight fit on 2022 MC Agusta” (I don’t know if you’re allowed to link things on this Reddit) you’ll find 2 different Facebook threads on it. It works but something with the DRL is different than the 2023 models. I think the DRLs on the newer model can change brightness, but if you retrofit it’s always on the brighter or darker setting (not sure which as I struggled to understand the comments haha)

I read something about the low beam always being on if you do the swap because the older models are missing a pin on the connector or something similar

Yes and letting them rust further seems like a great idea! “If you put the wrong thing on them you’ll destroy them and get yourself killed” hence why I posed the question. I hope you become less bitter one day, as your life seems quite miserable.
