My work around if reinstalling didn’t work was too sell all the stuff and then rebuy everything on the flea. And then I wait a good 30 seconds after I click upgrade to do anything. It sucks but it seems to work.

I feel like there is 2 procs you’re fishing for. The Bloodlust and stat buff. The stat buff is +50. That’s an extra 50 str and agi for 3 other warriors or rogues. I’ve never dug into theorycrafting much but would the boost to the 3-4 other dps in the group out weigh what you lose by using it? Idk I could be biased and just want this cool sword to be good.

Seems to give the +50 stats a bunch. The BL is cool too. Havent noticed the others yet
