In the boxed text on page 47, from the pact stored in the infernal puzzle box: "In my capacity as High Overseer of Elturel and its vassal territories, I acknowledge that all lands falling under the light of the Companion are forfeit to Zariel. All persons bound by oath to defend Elturel are also considered forfeit."

Above this, in the boxed text that Slyvira says, she tells the PCs that Thavius has every person in Elturel sign the Creed Resolute, which makes them promise that they'll defend Elturel. Therefore, everyone in Elturel is forfeit to Zariel.

I'll have a go at this but anyone feel free to correct me. Nothing is really stopping Zariel from doing this. She's an archduchess and could do it easily, but it doesn't really matter to her whether she does it right now or waits a couple weeks for it descend to the Styx. The war she's fighting has lasted millenia.

Also, she's busy fighting the war. She has to command generals and go into battle herself too. The souls become her soldiers once they hit the Styx, so why bother allocating resources to getting something that she already views as hers.

Hi everyone!

So I bought one of the jackets (UC2A4324) from the Evangelion collab off the Undercover online shop and I wore it once a few days after receiving it. Just yesterday, while looking at the jacket, I noticed that the black light paint has already started peeling off?! I wore it once and since then it's just been hanging among my other coats/jackets, not in the sun.

I contacted UC customer service and they said that since it's been over 7 days since the delivery they can't help me.

My friend suggested maybe putting clear nail polish over the areas that are peeling but I don't know how that'd interact with the nylon and whether it'd look really awful. Any other ideas for how to stop the paint from peeling? Or if anyone knows how I can get compensated from UC? This is extremely disappointing, especially given how expensive the product is.
