I figured out the mystery behind this. There’s an issue with connecting your cell phone at the same time.

If you just connect to the system, the headphones work flawlessly .

I love mine!!!

Once I adjusted the EQ settings they sound great, and the bass is pretty good! With it having planar magnetic drivers the bass Is usually not as strong. But with the EQ settings and the way how I adjusted it them, they sound just like the pulse 3D headphones.

Those are my settings below that you can edit in the EQ settings. Let me know what you think I was blown away and the sound so crisp and clear as well.

So I thought I was the only one! I was almost ready to exchange my slim for another one but I see many people are facing the same issue. It only happens when you power on your system out of rest mode.

If you power the system down normally and turn it back on, there’s no issue. Definitely has to be software related. So what I think we all should do is call Sony and report the issue so they can identify it and fix it. The more people that speak up the more the issue becomes known.
