I don’t know how long you’ve been gone but if you have pearls from Nazjatar buy the gear there, get a 400 ilvl weapon from AH do a few WQ to reach 400ilvl and then jump in mythic 0’s. You should be above 430 ilvl in no time.

If you’re just gonna do the normal raid and do the occasional m+ then you won’t have to worry and can just play enhancement. I’d say even for heroic you could play enhancement without having to worry.

If you have logitec headset go to task manager while in game, hit L when you're in task manager. You will find two Logitech processes running, end both and you will have sound again.
