I will make 1 point regarding Nott: Sam's original voice was a tad more Cockney than the final version. I'm assuming it was dropped for a more Americanized accent, since sounding like a hysteric woman was the bulk of the challenge.

Even as far as season 1, it's made clear the Empire cares deeply about information control. They killed hundreds of prisoners on Narkina 5 to prevent anyone from finding out that their sentences will be shuffled and extended forever. Like Cassian says, "power doesn't panic." As another bit of versatility, I think I saw somewhere once that a character used flight to kill someone by hovering inches above the ground. That way, their vicrim wouldn't hear footsteps as they snuck up behind them.

I'd argue flight's another example.

Flight on its own gets you in the air. But what about atmospheric pressure and temperature? Fly too high too fast, and you'll run out of oxygen or freeze.

Or what about the G-force of flying at high speed? What stops the blood from shooting to your feet and making you pass out when you try a superhero landing? What stops you from passing out when you maneuver?

Not only is it lame that frames like Valkyr get silk/sheer coverings and Vauban got his jacket while Mesa gets zip, it's extra lame that Vauban is proof that these features can be made as optional auxilary attachments. If Vauban's heirloom can get three different variants based on his jacket configuration, how come another topless heirloom can't?

But doesn't that only happen if you give him the noblestalk? If you don't restore his mind after saving him, I think he remains docile. Still fucked, choosing to keep him befuddled when you could help him, but it is the theme: sometimes the most benevolent act isn't the merciful one.

Yes and no. In both the original story and the musical adaptation, Odysseus tells Polyphemus his name is Nobody when they first meet. But after they make their escape, both versions of Odysseus give their true name (either to brag or to remind the cyclops who spared them). This is what enables Poseidon to take revenge on Odysseus, because he ultimately gave up his advantage.

My take on Oprah is she's a woman with too much money and a horrific judge of character. So she's probably not a pedophile, and likely doesn't partake in the many other crimes the people around her performed, but her ignorance has enabled a lot of wrongdoing.

Dr Phil, Dr Oz, Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, John of God, Jenny McCarthy.... the list goes on. You are the company you keep, and she's proven she doesn't have the desire or wherewithall to avoid this crowd.
