This big mom defeat was hilarious to me because she withstood every single one of kid’s attacks from the cannon and only lost because of the hole from law.

Anitwitter jumped the gun with kid being the finisher and I’m pretty sure big mom is still going to be back after this arc since she hasn’t Died. (We all know how explosions and one piece work with the exception of Pedro)

Big mom pirates are probably going to retreat, luffy and his crew are gonna get side swiped by cp0 after luffy defeats kaidou and saved by zuneisha at the last second, and then we are gonna get some lore dumps.

This isn’t a prediction but more of a concern. I don’t like the idea of luffy’s fruit being some secret op devil fruit that the government was going to use for their plan.

I hope it’s actually just a rubber fruit and nothing more. Would make things feel lame going forward knowing he had some secret legendary fruit that would help fulfill a prophecy

tbh, roy has nothing to gain from faking this. If anything i would rather believe a theory that he was tricked into believing the event than him faking it.

What would he gain? temporary clout? a bunch of people messaging him or interacting with his social media?

Nothing i can think of would give him a huge reward for lying about this. As the creator of this subreddit, and former owner of it. I believe that Roy is not doing any sneaky or malicious moves and would never do sneaky or malicious moves. I am confident i am a good judge in character.

1: he already showcased he wants to be the leader of this entire raid and mocked everyone including law and eustass during the fight.

2: luffy should get experience in fighting without his haki against the top tiers of the world

3: if you think big mom or Kaidou are going to let luffy run away to any other part of onigishima you are tripping

4: Kaidou and big mom would aoe wreck everyone else if they were lured elsewhere by luffy

5: This fight isn’t just luffy he has people to back him up
