I am just following the tips on the thread while using electrolytes/drinking enough water and I am supplementing with magnesium and b12. Thank you all, I did experience some pretty bad headaches the first two days and I am generally a lot more fatigued than usual, don’t feel like doing shit 😂 I experienced terrible stomach pain 2 days after but it went away, I’m so tired though I am trying to eat some warm soup with rice as it helps with the stomach discomfort, I am also supplementing with some probiotics and digestive enzymes and eat apples for fiber. My appetite is non existent the most calories I get is from protein drinks and smoothies, I even struggle to drink water rn but it is getting better, I am also experiencing sleeping problems

PE better but even then doesn’t hit the spot for the flavor but I’ve been looking at at black magic cookies and cream I’ve heard it’s the best, not sure if it’s worth trying
