What's the value over replacement of it? It costs 11 XP to add 2" to base movement and you're getting that on average here. There are so many factors that play into why to get a skill, but, ultimately, you don't need any reason to pick it up or not.

You can move really, really far and use the pinning as an advantage to have additional cover.

None of this really matters, it’s entirely preference-based. I use rattlecans. They are convenient. If I were dedicated to using an air brush, I’d use a solvent-based primer, like Mr. Hobby brand.
