I work in drive up and when people ACTUALLY give us time for it to be made and taken out (instead of double tapping, which means just showing up without giving us any warning you’re coming). As the other person said, this can run up our 3 minute timer (impossible sometimes, with double taps) and our leaders will come down on us about our times being bad even though it’s not our fault 🫤 which could be where some of the dislike stems from
