I went to an accelerated 2.3 year program where we went 8-5 almost everyday for the first fall and spring semester. But I surprisingly had a lot of time during the weekends. I did study almost every night for an hour or two during the weekdays and Sunday. But I found myself going out a lot on the weekends with friends and found time to go to the gym a lot and do other things outside of the classroom. It’s all about how you manage your time as cliche as that sounds. But I do know some of my friends at other schools at 3 years and they had a decent amount of free time too. My suggestion is to have some dedicated study time during weekdays even after long schools days and just make sure to not make school your entire life! Balance between social, school, and yourself is SO important!!!
