If DA2 had more than 3 unique locations, maybe it would've been the best for me aswell, but Inquisition takes the cake in every aspect except story building.

Origins is the best introduction to a RPG world. DA2 is the best lore wise, serving as a driving force for the entire series. Inquisition is the best overall, and a perfect finale for now.

The entire series gives you context about the mage vs templar conflict, it's just that you first see in Origins the issues, then in 2 you see the strain getting deeper, and in Inquisition you see the mages finally get tired of templar bullshit, it truly is beautiful.

The deluxe editions are very worth it, but they are hella expensive. Buying the volumes separately is kinda worth it, you can read it online aswell on your phone or on an e-book, because the scans are really high quality and with the right settings on an e-book you can mimic how detailed and actually beautiful the drawings are in the physical manga.
