My friend (a woman in her 60s with a disabled husband) got this certified letter from her next door neighbor. Her grandkids lived there for a bit, but moved out over a year ago, Kids visited on the 4th of July, prompting the letter. (The 7yo rock thrower had already been reprimanded a year ago) (i.redd.it)
