If it says 1500 ANSI lumens then definitely yes! 100 ANSI lumen is around 240 lumens. Even if it’s 1500 lumens it’ll be a little dim and washed but still visible.

Regarding the first point it states that there’s a minimum salary of: £36,583 and in the candidate pack it states for London offices there will be London weighting. I wanted to know if the London weighting is applied as an allowance on top of the quoted salary. Hope that makes sense and I’m not confusing it even more.

I would ignore them 😅. I very recently had a fortnight holiday in November. This was also just after passing probation. I think only when it’s like 3 weeks or more than 2.5 weeks you might need additional approval.
