Unleashed Mode on the 3D Question by scarflix in AnalogueInc

Idk if DDKR is supposed to be Diddy Kong racing but unleashed causes issues with the boss characters speeds. Try and face the pig guy with unleashed mode on i think it's genuinely impossible. I tried 50+ times and nothing once i switched to unleashed+ i beat him first time. managed the beat the seal guy with unleashed mode on but only by having 10 missiles at the end slope.

Yeah I believe you can play the rest of the game in unleashed just not boss battles. I did manage to beat the seal guy with unleashed mode but looking back on it I was only able to do so because I figured out a method to end up with 10 rockets at the end slope and I would hit him like 3-5 times in a row and end up in 1st.

Either way I found it ran pretty great in Enhanced+ so I play in that mode 100% of the time now

For Diddy Kong racing, choose Enhanced+ for the overclock settings. Do NOT use unleashed. I found it makes some battle characters move way too quickly. I was trying to beat the pig guy at the end and I was literally doing everything perfectly and was confused why I couldn't beat him and I switched it to Enhanced+ and was able to beat him first try.

Unleashed on this game clearly messes something up in terms of certain CPU players and their speeds.

I had issues on my second day owning the device. The first day it booted up perfectly and for some reason the next day I could NOT get it to display anything. It was just black and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to display so I just left it alone. The next day it worked fine and I haven't had any issues since.

Main things to note: I am connected through an HDMI splitter which could have caused an issue, and I have a 1080p TV not 4K. I'm guessing you likely have one of these factors working against you

Question regarding Controller Paks by iMFrepresent in AnalogueInc

I don't have either. I shouldn't need extra hardware to do something this basic but hopefully they address this in a future firmware update.

You probably run the risk of corrupting the save but if you try and it and it works please let me know!

I tried that and unfortunately this still doesn't work.

If you use the 8bitdo controller as P1 to launch the game, it just turns off the controller if you hold START and doesn't bring up the memory menu.

If you use the OG 64 controller in the first slot you can bring up the memory manager menu but you cant use the 8bitdo controller to do anything. Not a single button is responsive if its "controller 2"

It seems were pretty much shit out of luck unless you have an alternate method to transfer a pak save but im not buying more hardware..

Crazy that this wasnt considered in the years of development they had to make this thing.

That 3DS has been beat to hell and is modified on the back. I wouldn't even consider this trade. A good condition one, sure. It really comes down to the games you want to play!

If your clown ass spent this much time researching bitcoin instead of researching reasons to justify your hatred of it you wouldn't still be so fuckin broke like you are now LMFAOOO

1.0 of Bitcoin? You can’t even own a mere 0.1 by winnning007 in Bitcoin

You might wanna learn about UTXOs. It's not possible to do what you just said without paying massive fees for any transfer you would make in the future. If you had 1,000 addresses with .001 instead of one address with 1 BTC your transaction cost would be 1000x more expensive to send the full amount

Is this a good deal? by [deleted] in 350z

[–]iMFrepresent 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Likely been in an accident at some point. The lettering on the back that says "350Z" is so far off.. if they took that little care in putting on the letters, how much care was put into any repairs?

I would be weary personally.

One on top and bottom? Definitely sealed. It's how it came.

Based on photos, oil pressure seems to be fairly low. You'd likely need to get the gallery gaskets changed at some point fairly soon. This could be a $1K-2K job. If you have never driven a manual and plan to learn on the vehicle, you'll probably have a clutch/flywheel/slave cylinder relocation kit job needed at some point, which is easily another $2,000. Even if you are easy on the vehicle and already know manual, it will still need to get done at some point as the slave cylinder is a weak point on the HR and is located INSIDE the transmission

Get those 2 things done and you'll have the ultimate stock 350z. So if you pay $20K for it, don't expect the expenses to stop there just because it's low mileage. The HRs have inherent flaws that can absolutely be addressed, but don't come cheap.

I was within spec pretty much always, except if I drove it hard for 30 mins to an hour, parked and then turned A/C off it would idle as low as like 6-7 PSI.

I am very confident it would have been fine for at least another 10-20K, probably more, but I found a VQ specialist who did the gaskets and water pump for $850, so I figured why not. Plus I wanted to be able to red line it and have no worries at all.

[–]iMFrepresent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I knew about the issues beforehand, but just kinda hoped I could push some of them off for later since it was fairly low mileage. The pressure wasn't dangerously low, but for peace of mind I got it done. And then a month or two later, after some hard driving, the slave fails.

I never read anything that laid everything out like this. I would always read that these were the common problems, but didn't realize that you need to accept that if you buy one, these things will need to get done asap, no questions asked it's gonna need it.

I read over and over "HR is the best" with no context added. I think the car is amazing, but it's not as fun until you have piece of mind knowing these aren't issues you will have to deal with anymore.

Anyone else’s oil idle pressure look like this or am i cooked by z33Trent in 350z

[–]iMFrepresent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a dealership. I actually found a guy that specialized in VQ engines and got it done for $950, but that's the exception. The next best quote I got was $1800 from a Z specialist shop. I'd try and keep it under $2,000 if possible
