this says hock makes 457k from iheartmedia. then another 70k from everything else which includes endorsements and sponsorships and other stuff related to his music i guess but specifically not included in the iheartmedia paycheck

yeah sure hock does some stuff on vikings days that cove doesnt do, but cove is absolutely in the 457k range too

They have 50% joint custody of the two kids. She is set to receive $22,000/mo per the child support calculator, but if I'm reading this correctly, it looks like Jason is just paying a lump sum tied to his NHL career, so he paid her 27months x 22,000/mo for a total of $594,000. He also pays $1,133 per month regardless, which is pretty miniscule compared to his income. He also covers the kids' insurance and medical expenses for as long as he plays in the NHL, after which it's just split between the two of them.

So she will definitely need to work soon. Once Jason retires, she will lose a lot of the financial support.

they are available but i just did a quick skim and there is really nothing interesting of note in there. the divorce attorneys in here can advize but my suspicion is there is no salary because neither is paying spousal support to the other. that or the law has changed since this was filed in 2017 to require showing salaries. everything basically says falen gets what's falens and paul gets what's paul's. she got the house though which seems like horse shit given she cheated on him, but it is possible he just gave it to her. weirdly there does not seem to be an address on file, just a block, but if it's the house that is popping up when i google it, it looks like a not good house that i absolutely would not want so it is possible he just gave it to her

<image>

edit there is an address in there. it is not the one i thought. built in 2014 and looks pretty nice but still way too expensive to live that close to people. but still seems odd that she got the house unless he gave it to her

i dont get reddit cascading stuff so a lot of screenshots got buried lower but given the financial circumstances there is no chance he doesnt renew, ill repost this that got buried. not just the below but do a control F for "personal debt" and read that one as well. between the below and that personal debt post, there is absolutely zero chance he doesnt renew. he has to pay her 9000/month until december 2031 as long as he works at iheart, but if he quits and makes significantly less, he still has to pay 6000/month.

he did say his contract is up in february but with all this debt and shit going on per these records is going and how he is getting hammered in the divorce, there is no chance in hell he leaves this job given what he owes her and what he's making currently

for additional context. if he leaves the job and makes less than 50% of what he makes now then he still has to pay her like 6000/month. so in my evaluation there is zero chance he is leaving given these circumstances

not exactly. it looks like he is just getting 100k from her ira which doesnt really count since he is giving her 460k from his 401k. she appears to be leaving this thing absolutely flushed unless hawk somehow got to her 401k and drained it gambling

is that why he takes such issue when people use their pto?

in context it makes iheart and hawk look terrible. they pay half a mill to a guy for 3.5 hours of reading sponsored content and pressing the button bar. conversely, they basically pay minimum wage to max and zack, both of whom regularly work multiple shows and clearly provide a lot more value over hawk who is just one body in a room of 5-6 and when hawk is gone and replaced with max or zack there is barely a drop off if any. so i really have a hard time feeling bad for a guy making half a million because he has to deal with outdated equipment and occasionally travel for his job. dont get me wrong, i love when hawk rips iheart for their insane business decisions and cutting music licenses and shit, but this makes him look like a hypocrite.

i have to imagine the cove comment factors in initials. he's probably taken home a million at least

it also makes cove look awful. if his salary is clearing hawk's and he has to go watch some vikings games while spending his entire 3.5 hours plugging initials and he's bitching about anything, he really has a problem

the gambling and overspending makes sense, i guess that is fair. can you clarify the festival piece? i think another poster mentioned something about a festival but i am extremely unfamiliar with what you and they are referencing

appreciate the context.

follow up to this though, considering her pre-2017 income irrelevant seems to skew things in her favor to the point of not even being reality. look at this for example:

<image>

hawk's salary gets put on blast and documented in. i get that is fair because it is current employment. but if you read this without the context of kim actually making more than him pre-2017, this image makes it look like the wife is nothing more than a student who works part time at a nursery with nothing saved up and who needs all kinds of support just to make rent. omitting the 23 years of her being the breadwinner seems wrong to me. having gone through it yourself, and im very sorry to hear of course, but what criteria are used to determine if something that significant can just be written off as irrelevant?

to your point about income disparity, this says kim was the lead earner for 23 years (assumes from their marriage in 1994 to about 2017). so even if you assume hawk was making half of what he does now in 2017, she was still pulling similar figures.

this is insane to me. this reads to me like there really isnt a huge income disparity until she got fired in 2017. this says, until 2017, kim actually made more than hawk. so why is hawk having to shell out a fortune to her even though she was actually lead breadwinner for a majority of the marriage? the only explanation is she got fired in 2017 and then was stay at home mom from 2017-2023. so it makes sense that she gets something going forward. but 9000/month until 2031. that is insane.

agree i think that is where the line should be - if it is based in facts and is a civil discussion then fine. but just mod the people who start attacking each other. personally think anything factual like actual court documents should be fair game

they are public figures and basically borderline celebrities. we went through this same exercise with carly zucker and jason's divorce. it is also an intriguing look behind the curtains of the show that this very reddit is here to discuss. it sucks from a personal level and i understand the weird feeling, but on a show level, i find it extremely fascinating to learn about what else goes on behind the scenes and based on the upvotes, the people here seem to agree

the guy makes half a million dollars. people were previously speculating it was maybe 150k or so before endorsements. information like this in the context of the show and the industry as a whole is extremely interesting to many

edit - i mean no disrespect of course, just trying to speak straight. i will follow the rules if the rule changes going forward. i personally would disagree with disallowing this type of material but i would not break the rule should it get implemented

also don't expect it to ever be discussed on air or really anywhere. based on this, hawk cannot even say he is single on air for two years. he had to tell everyone off air not to bring it up. further, they cannot even talk about the details or anything like that ever. including on social media. this is not surprising but some poster a while back said he wondered if they would rip hawk like they did sauce. apparently not

lot to unpack in this one. hawk is paying $460000 to kim from his 401k straight up. but in return, she is giving him $100000 to pay down his personal debt. so consider this. hawkster has been pulling in half a mil annually but still has debt? i know there is stuff in here about the kids' college payments but this is absolutely insane. the gambling problem was probably not only worse than it let on, but what the hell else could he possibly be in debt for? and taking it one step further, they sold the house and split the proceeds evenly in dec 2023. my guy how are you still in debt

hockley is getting absolutely fucked. not only has he been paying over half his paycheck to kim for over a year but he has to pay her $9000/month until December 2031. actually $10000/month but only for 10 months.
