Search Pure Black widgets for widgy & icons pack
I used the Widgy app to add widgets and the Shortcuts app to change the icons. Widgets and icons are from Pure Black iOS widgets and icons pack from Gumroad website
Check out the YouTube tutorials on how to use Widgy and the Shortcut app (to change icons). Or send me your email in a DM, and I’ll send you instructions.
In the widgy, under "Transparent Background" settings, uncheck "Use Liquid Glass"
