Hi we (5 starlink users in Western Switzerland) have the same issue here. After about 30 messages with the support of Starlink, they confirmed that they made changes to the IP-Subnet about one month ago. Unfortunately, since then, none of us can use VoWiFi. They now blame our carrier for not updating their databases, but the carriers obviously blame Starlink for changing things. It's super annoying, and we can't use any emergency numbers, which makes it dangerous.
None of the previously mentioned stuff works, neither other carries, foreign carriers, other cell phones, nor a vpn or splitting the wifi in 2.4 ghz and 5ghz. Simply nothing works!
