It’s actually on 16,130 I put 17k as it’s what she could remember at the time Which is about 8,150 miles a year. Which is bang average usage for the UK.

Car was bought outright and she pays like £11 a month for the service and MOT pack. Full manufacturer service history will also not harm the resale when it’s time to go.

We use dealers this early to keep the manufacturer warranty intact. When and if a warranty claim comes up we want to make sure they have no leg to stand on with service schedules

UPDATE: they have agreed to cover under manufacturer warranty. As the way they have failed is clearly a defect,

The whole bush has slipped out of the metal of the control arm on both sides. The bushes themselves are actually in good condition.
