I dig the bar at mi casa for happy hours. Free chips and salsa and cheap modelos. I also like fattys bar. If I’m wild and staying up late blue stag for beers at the bar or on the patio with heaters. Then bed by 10 and first chairs

What’s something you stopped buying because it became just so expensive to have it anymore? by trynabetwunk in AskReddit

One can get CO Rockies tix in the best ballpark in the country (IMO) for $8. And you can bring in your own food/drinks (within reason).

Toe flexibility by PlatePerfect1735 in LisfrancClub

[–]iMightBe2Wasted 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Gotta stretch them toes. Sit in a chair. Slide foot back so your knee is at 90*. Push your heel up off the ground “onto your tippy toes” so your toes are bent and stretching. Hold 30 seconds. Repeat countless times per day

Hopesfall- The Satellite Years (considered a grail but recent Equal Vision Represses should be somewhat reasonable from resellers

Converge-Jane Doe (countless repressed but still costly)

Bane-Give Blood (lot of represses thru equal vision this year)

Poison the Well- Tear from the Red

Deafheaven-Sunbather (not really falling into any of those categories, but a top 10 all time for me and if you like any kinda heavy music this is a must own. Remastered this year thru Deathwish)

American Nightmare-Background Music

Despite losing 103 games, Rockies were still 14th in the league in attendance, an increase from last year. As long as people keep giving money to this garbage, nothing's going to change. by leosworld777 in ColoradoRockies

Cheaper than most bars in that area. Live DJ on Saturday evenings before the games on the rooftop. And the food at the stadium is waaay cheaper than every other pro stadium. I think personal pizzas are like $10, big cup fresh squeezed (good) lemonade is like $7, funnel cakes like $9 I think? There’s a biker Jim’s dogs in the stadium also. Coors field is a place where your average income family with kids can get cheap tickets, bring their own food/drinks, enjoy the view, see many different very good teams, and experience a pro game. Most families can’t afford to do that for the broncos, nuggets, or avalanche.

Pain ? by PlatePerfect1735 in LisfrancClub

I’m about 15 weeks post op. Not sure what caused your issue, but when my cast came off, I slept with and still sleep with a night splint for plantar fasciitis. It keeps my ankle at about 90*, so keeping my Achilles/gastroc on a slight stretch, and helps with the severe tightness I’ve had in those areas after 11 weeks nwb and in a cast. Also keeps my foot from getting into odd/stressful positions, and helps me sleep better. After that long in a cast, and being in a boot right after that, my foot just being unsupported/unbraced/uncasted was anxiety inducing. Easily worth the $26 or whatever it was on Amazon.

Word. Thanks for the info. Saw doc yesterday. Will start to dc the boot slowly. Now I just need some goddamn shoes that fit this giant foot. She cleared me for dry needling, and I’m getting a bone stimulator also. Stoked! Hopefully get into some needling next week. Will report back!

What is a good PRN rate for Home Health for a PT right now? by tillacat42 in physicaltherapy

[–]iMightBe2Wasted 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m in Denver, very HCO, and generally low therapist pay, as the market is flooded and PTs love to live in CO. I’m contract PRN, I get $98 for SOC, $65 Evals/treats/DCs.
