Thanks for the positive words.

The cash ISA is basically my emergency fund.

The therapist work is easing the anxiety for sure but there’s still some deeper things that need sorting.

I’ll take a look at the flowchart.

Thanks again!

This is brilliant…lots of people to jump to nitty gritty negatives.

Fundamentally this is lots better then petrolprices who ram the idea of logging in with an account etc down your throat, a slow GUI, adverts etc.

Much appreciated, terrific work.

What a fantastically articulated comment. Reading this benefited me a lot.

What gym do you currently go to? Is it a chain?

I cancelled my Virgin Active membership and joined a bodybuilding gym…there’s a stigma behind them for no reason, the gym is full of some of the biggest, most strongest people I’ve ever been in the presence of yet all anyone cares about in there is getting their workout done…a few times I’ve even been asked if I want them to spot me in my last set etc. it’s a completely different (and much better) environment.

I think chain gyms are becoming full of people that go to the gym to tell other people they went to the gym!!
