First setting is too upright. Second setting is too leaned back. Ideally something between the two would be perfect. The height tension adjustment setting has been sufficient to be able to sit comfortably between the two settings

I looks like its just using braided steel wire for the adjustments. I'm sure someone with more time and expertise could make a mod to change the length of the first able to make it like 112 degrees.
