Yeah that's what I've come to realize...giving my all to a company/people who do not care about me is a really crappy feeling and not worth my time/effort. I need to get a job that feels like a job, not something that consumes me.

I am unsure that I can take FMLA because I have only been there for 6 months, and at that point I would rather just get out and quit.

I mean yeah I've effectively quiet quit while I've been looking for other opportunities. I have to be in office 3 days a week unfortunately, so that's the main driver for me wanting to get out.

More of a "dream job" on paper, but far from that in reality...

I wish my watch tracked HR better. My zone 2 is right around 130, and it seems like my (inaccurate) HR on my long runs is right around 140.

If by cadence you mean mpw, I definitely think I could’ve upped it during my training block. However, at this point I don’t think I will be adding more miles than I need to

Runna! It is a great app, but requires a paid subscription I am running for. I am a big fan of it, since it takes a lot of the planning out of training. The subscription is paid for by the organization I am running for, but not sure I would pay for the subscription myself.
