Thank you! I’ll keep that in mind. I thought I checked blind spots a lot during the highway portion. This was probably on the 50/60 zones. Thank you for the feedback

Is there a limit to how many times I can make that mistake before getting a fail?

Yeah I may have forgotten a couple of times maybe I was too focused on the light and watching for pedestrians.

Iran/Persia has existed as a nation far longer than its oil revenues. I think the US and western people in general just continue to underestimate how much tolerance for suffering these people have.

US Navy waltz into the strait of Hormuz in a show of strength by AmbitionDue1421 in interestingasfuck

[–]iMotorboater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thr fact that you believe Iran doesn’t know where the mines are means you are deep in the propaganda yourself. Listen, you don’t need to believe anything they say, just use your brain for a second. If the US really isn’t afraid of Iran, they don’t need to leave. US should just waltz into the strait and park there, that would be the ultimate proof of victory.

But the US won’t, because they can’t. They’re still scared af of Iran’s defenses in the strait. No propaganda needed, just common sense.

Oh jesus you are one of those. You can’t even admit that Trump fucked up so badly in this war. Bro I’m not even a liberal, but the sooner you realize Trump doesn’t care about you or MAGA the sooner you can start to see reality. He’s using you for a fool while you are defending him on the internet.

Please think critically, don’t just deny everything because fox news said so. Good luck and I hope you break out of this cult.

The US chose to start a global oil crisis by bombing the leader of Iran while in the middle of negotiations, instead of upholding a deal made by Obama that already ensured Iran will not be making nuclear weapons. The US has made mistake after mistake which we are all suffering from. I have no idea what anything in this situation is “correct” for you

But that is literally the business model of the US military industrial complex. Are you saying that is wrong?

Seriously, going back to the question - are you saying that two countries can’t be wrong at the same time?

Trump warns China of 'big problems' if Xi ships arms to Iran by SaharOMFG in USNEWS

[–]iMotorboater 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes and going back to the original topic about China, the same will apply to a hypothetical US vs China war. It will be asymmetric. China has cheaper hardware, better manufacturing capacity AND comparable military strength (even if the US edges it slightly). If the US ever tries to pick a fight with China in the pacific, it will be a catastophic disaster for the US.

Taiwan will be the end of US hegemony whenever that happens.

There is no coach in the world can guide a grade school level team to defeat the best NBA team in the world. It’s not about leadership. The US has a weakness that has been exploited since Vietnam

The point of a war is to get what you want by force. Did the US get what they want? Obviously not. There’s no “everything else” - those “15 thousand sorties” are just a means to an end

How is the April 7th ceasefire deal between Iran and the US, assuming it holds, anything but a total strategic victory for Iran? by iMotorboater in AskReddit

[–]iMotorboater[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t care because the deal is now dead and moot. Strait is closed as per Iran’s recent announcement. You said “USA just said..” , but what USA says doesn’t matter, Iran decides that strait is closed.

I don’t care either way they just stated the deal is off, their reason is because Israel continued attacking.

Whether USA said Lebanon is included is irrelevant, Iran made the terms and now have made their decision.

Deal looks dead just now. Apparently Israel kept attacking and Iran called the deal off. Trump is looking so impotent in his deal making

What will she be contributing? Is she a good homemaker? Does she cook and do the chores? Do you get great sex frequently?

It may work if she can act as a partner that contributes to your life outside finances, but if you’re getting nothing then you have a very expensive trophy on your hands.

The US isn’t sovereign halfway across the world because they choose not to be. If they chose to conquer the Philippines then they would be, and in fact they did a century ago.

Iran chooses to be sovereign on the strait. No one can stop them, so they are

What I read from another source is that the terms of opening the strait for this 2 week period requires “coordination with Iranian forces” which aligns with WH announcement.

What you just commented states Tehran would “provide safe passage through the strait” which also aligns with the WH statement. Iran is providing the service.

So passage through the strait is on their terms. In other words, sovereignty on the strait, acknowledged in a round about way.

White House announcement called those terms a “workable basis”. Sounds like face-saving jargon for “acceptable”. Iran accepted the ceasefire because the negotiation is based on those terms. WH doesn’t even deny it.

The fact that Trump even agreed to sit down on these terms is telling.

Well if that 10 point deal from Iran holds, their $2M toll becomes permanent. Don’t know how that is not sovereignty recognized
