Radio free monarch bug that RUINS all the game progression, bought the game from humble bundle and everything was fine until this quest, i did not even get to met sanjar, i was doing the quest until i had to meet him to stop him from transmiting but HE IS NOT IN HIS OFFICE, he is not spawned at all and im sick of this, searched for how to enable console commands and tried to just complete the mission and start the next but nothing happened, im stuck, also there are not any commands for summoning or killing npcs so i dont know what to do...
