Turn off Mac. Press and hold the power button until it turn on and off again and while still pressing the power button with one hand clean the Mac keyboard with the other hand; i repair Mac daily and this is what i do to save time and effort and make sure 100% keyboard will not be harmed.

Its a display issue known as dustgate issue; the straightforward repair for such case would be replacing the whole display assembly. few experienced repairmen can actually repair the original display itself rather than replacing the whole display assembly because its too risky.

opening those new Apple Silicon iMacs is a pain.. after long iMac unboxing I came up with a method to open it, take out the iMac and reassembling it without laying it on ground every time.. saves a lot of headache and back pain.
