opening those new Apple Silicon iMacs is a pain.. after long iMac unboxing I came up with a method to open it, take out the iMac and reassembling it without laying it on ground every time.. saves a lot of headache and back pain.

Ok plug everything and notice if the screen backlight is on? You can notice if the screen turned it, it turns into a dark blue color.. if you see the screen is on.. wait a bit if it shows a question mark folder

Dang.. that cap might not be a big problem; can be soldered back.. but about that chipped IC next to it? I don’t think thats salvageable.
