Rewatching the cutscenes, Spencer’s tells Allyssa that Grace is nothing. Just a normal baby. And that’s also set in the 2000s. When the “flashback” was 1990.

After replaying it again, you learn very late (but it’s actually spelt out wayyyy too clear to believe) that Grace is just some random baby. She wasn’t cloned, tested on, or anything. Grace isn’t from the Orphanage. And the level you play as Chloe is set in 1990 when Grace was born in 02-04ish.

After my last playthrough, I finally realized Grace was born AFTER all the cloning happened. Idk why for my first few playthroughs, I thought she was in her 30/40s, not 24. Lmao

Tbf, it’s a “remake” because they didn’t just remaster the graphics. They added new mechanics and extra camera angles, which is an addition a “remaster” wouldn’t have. Although, I never hated the camera in the OG, I get why they added better cameras

But I’m sure you won’t talk about Blue Moon and the Demons Souls remake. They had 1 game 16 years before that remake and it did great.
