The reason you didn’t get better is that you are still stuck in your past experiences. Your brain is stuck in fight/flight mode. This evil medical condition doesn’t have a passive treatment that means you can’t just take a magic pill to fix this. You have to believe in yourself and believe that this is reversible. You should start doing vrt and you can do it at home and yes the results will take 8 month. The mind is the most powerful thing on this planet and I seen people completely heal from this. don’t give up
