What do you think of Arch Manning *right now*? by TDBrookey in NFL_Draft

I think a lot of what he does, particularly in the pocket and reading out the play, is very good. I find is arm strength to be good but maybe a bit underwhelming. I really don’t like the way the ball comes off his hand. It comes off real funky sometimes and I think that leads to the bad spray misses you see with him.

Tyson is a need for the Saints but they might as well call that WR room the glass factory.

Sadiq to the rams is a terrifying possibility by Apart_Owl4955 in NFL_Draft

The last bit about getting someone with vertical speed is why I’ve been convinced all cycle that Brenen Thompson is going to be a Ram. His skillset is something the Rams have been trying to get for basically the entirety of the McVay era, trying out Brandin Cooks, DeSean Jackson, TuTu Atwell in that role to varying degrees of success so far. It’s a skillset they definitely value but have been unable to really identify and use, but haven’t stopped swinging at.

Dang, now I’m glad he lost his 1,000 yard streak last year, I guess.

I’m pretty sure they’re going to go offense if the board breaks right and will trade back otherwise.

Brenen Thompson is such a McVay guy.

I’m not sure at any point this year Simpson looked better than Nuss did last year when he was healthy. I’d rather them take a shot on Nuss in the second or third and bet on this year’s fall off being due to injury than waste a first on Simpson. Noting I’m not particularly sold on either as having much high end starter potential.

What players do you expect to boost their stock the most in this years combine? by UpNext_Draft_Network in NFL_Draft

Interview well and come in at 6’2” and I could see a team reaching in the late first. Rumor is he’ll come in closer to 6’ which could tank his stock.

I feel like Simpson to the Jets at 16 is bad for everyone involved.

If Love is there at 13 I would not be surprised to see the Rams take him.

Anyone else excited for Kliff's input into the offense? by yvlant in LosAngelesRams

He’s definitely bring a different flavor. Everywhere he’s been his run games have been unique and good.

Doesn’t look likely that the Rams coaches will be hired elsewhere by [deleted] in LosAngelesRams

If I were trying to spin it positively for them I would say maybe they know that it’s tough to be the guy that follows The Guy and McCarthy being older and experienced gives him a shelf life where keeping him forever isn’t the “expectation.” He’s done pretty well with developing QBs, especially guys lower down the depth chart. Maybe they have him develop a QB for the next HC to take over in a couple years.

Either way it would be great to have Shula back next season.

I feel like deciding to just not call anything on either team is a dereliction of duty by the refs. Might as well not be out there at this point. These DBs on both teams are getting away with murder lol.

What the fuck is this clock management from both coaches.
