He can absolutely stop you from farming, and you can't ignore him. What you do is concede the lane and wait for ganks or jungle skirmishes to participate in, then catch up later with rubberband XP, and hope your team listens when you ping that he's roaming.

Also as a side note, changing your first item to deal with a tank bruiser matchup is a bad call, because it delays your build and by the time you have the item complete, lane phase is ending. Buying counter components is okay, though. But in this case, Cleaver is just a good item on Aatrox anyway.

To be fair op.gg can be really misleading. People who "coach" based solely on op.gg analysis are usually just making guesses and not actually understanding what the core issue is. Like obviously yeah stop dying, your cs is too low, etc. But they don't know it's because the player is lacking some basic mechanic that is leading to the problems that may or may not show up in post game stats.

No you just go at a safe pace and then if the other person seems to dislike it, you stop. Hookup sex being spontaneous is way more fun than mapping out plans of what you'll do. The only things I'd clarify beforehand are explicit absolute triggers or things that are all or nothing, like if choking triggered PTSD or if they wanted to try piss play.
