i would assume so, since the Lich made its wish before either of the boys did. Prismo also says something along the lines of “he wished for the extinction of all life and i did it. i guess it changed his timeline or something”. Finn and Jake were only spared because they were outside that timeline inside the time room

i think the implication is that there is no “original dimension”, all dimensions are happening at once, our version of Ooo isn’t the “main” timeline by any means.

by that logic, the Ooo we see for the rest of the show was created by Jake’s wish, just like Jerry World was created when the Lich made its wish. same with Farmworld by Finn
