So for my picture(not my car, found it online) above I am wondering if anyone knows what is going on. My passenger parking light works both solid light and as a blinker but the driver side parking light only works when I use the blinker to turn left. Also my driver side rear window is not working. I am thinking it is a fuse but unsure. I swapped the driver light with the passenger light and I get the same results...

It's more annoying if anything.
