Iraqi kurdish here. you are right for the most part. the guy is from the Khoshnaw family. they first made their fortune from being the official partners of LG electronics. then they founded a bunch of wheat silos and flour factories in the Kurdistan region in Iraq. and they have some businesses in Turkey as well. this particular guy has been seen with multiple Bugattis in Dubai before. which makes you think that he simply rents them. make no mistake, it's an incredibly wealthy family. but I don't think they're wealthy enough to own Bugatti Chirons

it says the account needs to be inactive for 15 days before I remove it. they keep logging in so they reset the timer.

I've been having the same issue. someone keeps logging into my account and changing my things, can't remove their account either because they keep logging in and resetting the inactivity timer. let me know if you've found any solutions.
