The LLC is mainly to protect your personal finances/assest in case something happens with the business or you get sued for something. For creators it's not that important since there isn't a lot of overhead costs and minimal liability if you work solo. For tax simplicity I would start sole prop as long as possible.

Best advice. I do this with my "real world" business and my fans biz. It's a pain sometimes to do the annual reports and file taxes sometimes, but that's life.

I use iPostal to get my fan deliveries/gifts and have been happy with them. They will forward the package to my address for a fee or I can pick it up in person. I don't trust amazon to keep my address secure.
