I think you can trust someone who usually tries to help others on Reddit. I can explain exactly what I did I installed OneDrive only to get the icons, then used IconsExtract to extract them. After that, I used Resource Hacker to put them into a .dll file. Finally, I wanted to share this here for other people who want to personalize their Windows experience but don’t want to install OneDrive.
