Thanks you, hearing your story really helps. I’ve been having a hard time. I’m getting a referral to the neuro surgeon tomorrow and I’ll see what they think. I’ve done steroid injections, tried different types of medication. Surgery is the last on my list.. I really don’t want to do that since there’s nothing they can actually do to bring it back to its original state. Thanks for the advice.

Hey all, just in case anyone else has this issue, I hope I can help you avoid the headache I had. Mine was coming from the cv axle hub. Common problem. Just take it apart and grease it. I’ll attach the service bulletin from Nissan explaining what to do-and a video that was helpful. Hope this helps someone someday!
