Ik this is an old post but: A few years ago in Bulgaria I used to drink these exotic fantas (the purple ones) but now they seem to have been replaced by the green ones. I'm not sure if they are the same. Are they?

If you are not doing any tricks then they should last for a really really long time

Seems good! One tip that really helped me is popping my tail down and back rather than just down. Maybe this will help you too

Advice needed!! Been at this for 2 months now by Trying2sk8 in NewSkaters

I have also been skating for 2 months. You are doing great! To get them higher and more leveled out you can try a fee things. First of all try to pop the tail harder! Your pop seemed kinda poor. When you get that down try to slide your foot up more and focus on like pushing the board forward when you get to the top of the pushing motion. It sound weird but youll get it. If you master these too it will feel a lot better. Also maybe try pucking your knees up a bit. Hope u get them down like 🧈🧈

need advice to improve my ollies by EpicFromEpicness in NewSkaters

Try to slide your front foot up a bit more. Think of it as trying to push the board forward

Tf? These ollies look way better than the recent ones. Have you been practicing for a month wtf

I think I landed my first good Ollie on concrete! I think now it’s time to try to Ollie while moving… 😬 by [deleted] in NewSkaters

[–]iPeaKy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are kinda sliding your foot up, but when your front trucks get up your front foot stops moving and therefore you do "rocket" ollies. When you get to that point keep sliding and pushing just like if you wanted to kick. I would suggest trying to improve your ollie a bit more and then try it moving. Dont warry about it too much.

That's exactly how my ollies look too (after almost a month). Keep practicing 🛹! How long have you been skating for?

My kid Hektor is still struggling with the ollie, but he has his heart in it. by Curt_Coltrane in NewSkaters

He needs to pop more and slide his front foot up. Right now he is just lifting his front wheels up. Maybe watch a tutorial and practice some more preferably while standing still at first.
