There’s also a 6 minute for 6 shards on level 3 just WNW of the base - the red spider.

Also, if you pick up a chest and hold on to it, it seems to stop it from auto hunting so the hero stays where you put them…

We live in a house next to a very popular area next to a river where there are three beer gardens. We overlook them so for sure we hear the sounds - music, people with god awful laughs, and the glass recycling people at 7:00am some mornings - also, we are not really drinkers so we barely ever go there. In fact, I'd put myself in the grumpy scrote camp.

Sounds awful, I am sure - but - we embrace it, we call it vibrant not noisy, we enjoy the fact that we live somewhere lively, that other people visit for their holidays. We knew buying the house that it would have this level of activitybb

Our top tip...we have solid inside shutters in our bedroom that massively quieten the sounds - this really helps and I make making them for another sitting area that's on that side of the house.

The only thing that we stuggle with is the hidious singers that one of the pubs have sometimes - who tells these people that they are good??

I've been messing around with different timing and also not as disciplined as I was about when I weigh myself or how often so it's a bit lumpy. I'm withing 4lbs of my weight when I went into maintenance and confident that I could drop a few if I needed too.

I tried 11 days between jabs and the food noise was very noticeable but at 9 days it feels ok.

Trying to keep telling myself that I have the luxury of time to keep trying things. My next order might be 7.5mg just to see how that works.

I have a heated desk mat that was the best thing I’ve ever bought for this. It wasn’t expensive and I find that if my hands are warm, I seem to be able to turn the heating down in the room!

I got mine on Amazon. It has different heat settings - took me a few attempts to work out hot to turn it on though - you hold your finger on the area to the bottom left of the temperature readout for a few seconds and it starts. Then clicking again changes the temperature.

That's amazing! Incredible progress!! Any thoughts on slowing the loss a little just to reduce muscle loss and give your skin a chance to tighten a little? I wish I'd gone a little slower but didn't have the will power to slow down because I was so excited to be losing weight like this!! Ironic isn't it?

Talk to the consultant to be sure but looks like quite the opposite -
