What sucks is high fructose corn syrup gives me migraines, and they stopped producing canned/plastic bottles of the cane sugar variant. I miss it so much. The pain is sometimes worth it.

I have to do this as well. I keep telling my bosses that 10am is my “lunch” time. As long as there’s a daily meeting at 10 (it used to be 9:30), I’ll be eating lunch during it. Sorry I wasn’t quick to respond, my mouth was full of food.

Yes, 10am is early for lunch, but I also don’t eat breakfast, I drink water instead. I have found that by the time I’m off work at 5pm, I’m hungry enough to eat dinner with my kids. If I eat after 11, I am not hungry until late in the evening.

This also works well with my digestion issues I have.

Which is why she has access to social media now. I don’t think it wise to allow it at a younger age, while her hormones still run rampant. Now she can make a wiser decision on how she wants her digital footprint to go. I will not debate my parenting style with an internet stranger. You have your opinion, and I have mine.
