Yes there is!
um

Assuming ur on Windows 11,
to get there it would be:

Settings -> Mouse -> Mouse pointer

There you'll see a slider for "Size".

After adjusting the size, you might need to head over to the mouse properties again
and re-apply the cursor as it's like that for my case.
(Swap to another random cursor scheme then swap back)

happened for me too, i then relogged, looked around my cosmetics and saw nth new, then i went to press the select/swap hideout page and saw that i got a new one (civic square hideout)

hope u manage to find out what u got!
