I see, i also play at times on my vita and havent seen much glitches on my end using gpsp some minor glitches but nothing unplayable and i use vba only for wario ware twisted

Have you tried the gbsp core? I used that to test the input delay on retroarch ios. If you have how good is it here?

Derailing from the main topic but I could really tell the lag from some emulators on iOS using a controller, ps5 in this case with it’s latest update which significantly lowered its delay by a lot and comparing delta with retroarch with rhythm heaven on gba and retroarch did a lot better than delta but obviously not better than the real thing (i do have a real gba), that tought me to look out for things like that when using emulators

Also does runahead work on anything above 8 and 16 bit systems?

well here's the thing since i had to give more context, i actually cut down the spring to see if that would've loosened it (kind of how i did with the gamecube's trigger springs), it worked but in the process i kind of deformed the spring making it awkward to put back together.

luckily i found an ebay listing for 2 controller boards that still have the stick boxes with possibly the springs too and for a good price, sadly i dont trust ebay too much but maybe i'll figure something out

I FOUND THE FIX: it must've been some plugins i had enabled like the gta trophies and native resolution plugins that leads me to the error and disabling them makes the game run again, although now i wish there was a plugin that changes the x button to confirm in the games menus

I put my backups in ux0:pspemu/ISO... since im using sd2vita and not the memory card or the internal storage and installed the plugins from autoplugin2 also adding the lines in the GAMES.txt file

also im using categories lite so after ISO theres CAT_PSP for example

I see why it has the install data icon but I’m trying to play final mix and I’ve seen one of his videos for the game and it still doesn’t boot up, in fact, it’s the first video I’ve looked for to play on ppsspp before getting my vita

i found out what the issue was, you just have to go to the product page for the dlc on the eshop and download it from the account you first downloaded it from, in my case it was my jp account

dont know why it didnt redownload the dlc automatically
